呆伯特法則

"將白痴按部就班的升職，職位越高，造成的傷害越小" ~ 呆伯特法則。

呆伯特法則雖然戲謔，

但是實際應用到職場，

倒也讓人不得不佩服作者的觀察。

比方教育界，

當校方要找人擔任行政方面的職務時，

教學認真的老師通常是位於名單之末。

原因是校方不可能犧牲此種教師上課時數，來降低學校的教學品質，

所以校方通常會找符合以下條件的人，

1. 喜歡PLP(人總是喜歡聽奉承話)
2. 喜歡四處串門子(所以人緣很好)
3. 教學品質不好(家長或是學生才不會抗議)

tricky的是在學校體制內，

行政的工作是領導教學，比方排課、制定教學政策等等，

教學的工作是面對學生，面對家長，負責保持教學品質，

所以就變成，

一個喜歡PLP、四處串門子、教學品質不好的人擁有

1. 比較多的權利
2. 比較少的責任
3. 比較高的pay
   

完全符合"將白痴按部就班的升職，職位越高，造成的傷害越小"的法則。

寵物店的標語

尊重生命是成為文明人的要件，豢養寵物前請先思考以下幾點。

7.Remerber before you hit me that I have teeth that could easily crush the bones of your hand,but that I choose not to bite you.
7.當你打我時請記得, 我其實擁有可以咬碎你手骨的尖銳牙齒, 我只是選擇不咬.

8.Before you scold me for being uncooperative,please ask yourself if something might be bothering me.Perhaps I'm not getting the right food,or I've been run in
the sun too long or my heart is getting old and weak.
8.當你因為責罵我的不合作、固執或懶惰之前,請你想想, 是否有什麼正困擾者我.或許我沒獲得我應有的食物,我已經很久沒在溫暖的陽光下奔跑, 又或者我的心臟已經太弱及太老.

9.Take care of me when I get old.you too,will grow old.
9.在我年老時請好好照顧我. 因為你也是會變老的.

10.Go with me on difficult journeys.Never sayＩcan't bear to watch it or let it happen in my absent.Everything is easily for me if you are there.Remember, I love you.
10.當我要捱過最辛苦的歷程時,　請千萬不要說﹕「我不忍心看他。」或者「讓我不在場時才發生。」.只要有你和我在一起, 所有的事都會變得簡單容易接受。請你永遠不要忘記,我愛你。
